The 3000 Series is designed to compliment the 9000 Series
Uni-Belt in a more compact package. Utilizing many of
the same components as its big brother, it facilitates
full system integration in a variety of applications.
Its compact design allows for installation at ticket
counters with a low loading height of 12” and can
be trimmed in stainless steel. With its 11 gauge construction
and full size end rollers, the unit is easily able to
sustain 120 lbs. bags being dropped on it.
For TSA applications, the 3000 Series can be mounted
at any height to match the latest of screening devices,
allowing for a smooth and efficient transfer on the load
and offload belts. It can also be trimmed with side panels,
leaving no exposed conveyor components.
With a high cycle rate, the 3000 Series can be utilized
as a means of traffic control at merge points or upstream
of an EDS. It can also be used as a direct feeder belt
from the screening device to the make-up unit. The 3000
Series has the unique ability to travel as efficiently
in reverse as forward, creating a variety of new applications.
