Our standard systems products include transport and queue
belt conveyors as well as two types of carousels; slope
plate and flat plate. Each line of conveyors includes
a list of available accessories to choose from, enabling
our customers to work with our engineering staff in designing
the best solution for each application.
All of our conveyor system designs are not only built
for ease of installation and operation, but also with
your maintenance mechanics in mind, using as many common
and easily accessed components as possible. In doing
so, we provide a system that allows for efficient use
of time and personnel for the end customer. It is one
way we are able to help save our customers money long
after their system is in service.
Belt Conveyors:
The 9000 Series Uni-Belt™ Slider
Bed Conveyor is
designed for years of high volume usage, providing transport
of
baggage between different areas of the airport. Completely
customizable to fit the application, our transport conveyor
is designed to work seamlessly with other manufacturer’s
belt conveyors to allow for existing system modifications
and expansion.
Unified Supply’s most recent addition to our conveyor
product line is the 3000 Series Uni-Queue™ Belt
Conveyor. Our 3000 Series Conveyor is capable of being used stand
alone, to queue and load baggage for a scanner or carousel,
or in conjunction with several other conveyors for merging
and traffic control.
Carousels:
Our 7000 Series Uni-Claim™ Slope
Plate Carousel has many
useful applications and customizations. Capable, as with
all of Unified Supply systems, of being fitted with stainless
steel for use in baggage claim areas, we also provide
units trimmed in powder coated steel. Both provide the
customer with an extremely sturdy, long lasting carousel
properly sized and configured for the application. The
Uni-Claim is capable of being used in bag rooms in all
types of elements, including extremely cold or humid
airports. We have units which have been outside unprotected
for many years, still operating with the consistency
and quality that our customers expect from Unified Supply.
For our 6000 Series Uni-Flite™ Flat
Plate Carousel, Unified
Supply offers two options for our customers. In addition
to an innovative and extremely sturdy composite crescent
pallet model, we also provide customers with the option
of a steel and rubber pallet more commonly found in the
industry today. Both models have years of service in
all types of applications and can be customized in configuration
and functionality to fit the customers needs.
